Dana DeVries joined the Workout 32789 in 2017. She is a graduate of Loma Linda University School of Medicine and Florida Hospital Family Medicine Residency. She went into medicine wanting to have a positive impact on people's lives in a big way. She wanted to be a part of helping people live healthier lives and live life to the fullest. Towards the end of her residency, she realized that medicine was not going to give her what she was looking for so she started transitioning out. What she really wanted was to be able to spend more one on one quality time with people to help them affect change in their lives to be healthier.
With personal training, she is able to take more time with her clients and really work with them to achieve their health and fitness goals. She loves creating personalized workouts and sustainable lifestyle changes for her clients that help them attain their best physical and mental health possible.
Dana is a former college rower and now enjoys running ultra marathons. She loves hanging out with her family which includes her husband, two teenage step kids and three rescue dogs. When she is not coaching people toward their health and fitness goals she also enjoys biking, hiking and camping.
