"I have always loved physical fitness but my passion for yoga started immediately after taking my first Vinyasa style warm yoga class. I want to share with others the difference yoga has made in my life, both physically and mentally. When I started yoga I was immediately entranced by the effects of joining movement and breath. My hope is that you leave feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced." - Lauren Shaye

Lauren is a passionate yoga teacher and is volunteering at The Juvenile Detention Center with a movement called “inside the walls” and will be teaching yoga to young women. Lauren wants to help young women connect with their breath, mind and bodies to find their purpose in life and to feel empowered through the connection of yoga.

“Sometimes we just need someone to be a lighthouse for us and lead us in the right direction and I want to be that light for others.”- Lauren Shaye

With her combination of backgrounds in massage therapy, weight training and yoga, over the past few years she has obtained extensive training in anatomy, muscle movement,  and body alignment.

In Lauren's classes, you will combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your yoga and aerial practice.
