Personal Trainer and Health Coach
Judi Isaacson arrived in Central Florida shortly after graduating The University of Michigan with her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology (cum laude) in 1991. From that time until the present, Judi has devoted herself to improving the health and the lives of all those around her.
Judi co-founded The Alley Exercise Company that year which eventually became Workout 32789 where she serves as Personal Trainer and “Chief of Inspiration”. Grounded in the belief that one should walk the walk rather than simply talk the talk, Judi immediately trained for and won the Ms. Orlando Body Building competition (her weight division in 1991 and overall in 1992).
Today, Judi leads her team of elite trainers and staff to constantly strive for more so they are better at helping clients achieve their goals and dreams.
Judi has maintained her expertise through constant participation in continuing education. Attending many health coaching/training and self improvement conferences throughout the country.
Judi earned her Certification as a Personal Trainer/Health Coach from the American Council of Exercise.
She has shared a longtime relationship and is mentored by Todd Durkin as a part of the Todd Durkin Mastermind Group.
Her main objective's are to inspire, motivate and educate every individual to achieve their full potential and be the best version of themselves.
Judi also devotes great energy toward giving back to the local community and has sponsored events through Workout 32789 that have resulted in substantial donations for organizations such as The Winter Park Day Nursery, Canine Companions for Independence, American Heart Association, Winter Park Memorial Hospital Pink Out and various charities benefiting animals.
On the personal side, Judi and her husband of 24 years, David, love to compete in all types of races, embark on adventure trips and take time to enjoy good food and wine… much of which emanates directly from their kitchen. Judi and David also take several trips a year to Colorado to visit with their daughter, Nicole, who attends the University of Denver.
